3. ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND

  • Service Deficiency: You may be eligible for a refund if the services provided are defective or not as described. This includes significant downtime or failure of key features that we are unable to rectify in a timely manner.
  • Billing Errors: In case of a billing error, where you have been overcharged, you are entitled to a refund of the excess amount.
  • Cancellation within the Cooling-Off Period: For new subscriptions, we offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial payment. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within this timeframe.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
